We're Hiring: Preschool Teacher (3's & 4's Program)
Location: Redeemer Lutheran Church and Preschool, 4663 Lancaster Dr. NE Salem OR 97305
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for a meaningful role where faith, fun, and learning come together? We’re seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to guide our 3- and 4-year-olds in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.
What You'll Bring:
✔️ A current Oregon teaching certificate OR
✔️ An AA in Early Childhood Development OR
✔️ 3+ years of preschool classroom experience
✔️ Current First Aid & CPR card
✔️ Willingness to complete a background check (paid for by the church)
✔️ Commitment to professional growth through continuing education & annual conferences/workshops (with Board of Education approval)
What You’ll Teach:
Our curriculum is provided by Concordia Publishing House, offering faith-based, developmentally appropriate materials that support your daily classroom success.
The Program:
- A 5-day/week blended class of 3's and 4's
- Morning hours only: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Supportive church community
